The problem
A team tracking leads in a shared spreadsheet spends its day resolving conflicts: two people call the same lead, a status is overwritten, and nobody trusts the pipeline number in the Monday meeting.
When calls happen on personal phones, the single most valuable record of what a client actually wants lives in somebody's head.
What was built
Lead management, pipeline stages, ownership, notes and reporting built on the records the team already works in every day.
Live updates over WebSocket, so a change one person makes appears on every other screen without a refresh and without anyone overwriting anyone.
Calling in the browser over WebRTC, so a call is dialled from the lead record and attached to it without anyone typing a note.
The result
The pipeline in the dashboard is the pipeline, so the Monday meeting argues about deals rather than about whose spreadsheet is right.
Call history belongs to the business rather than to whoever made the call.
